Great Spanish Dish

Jeff is a friend of mine that loves cooking and to try and new recipes. I visited him yesterday and brought my girlfriend with me so that I can introduce her to him. We have notified Jeff in advance so he made a special dish for us. He cooked Paella, which is a Spanish dish for us. This is the first time that I’m going to taste this dish and it was really good. I felt like I was eating in a Barcelona restaurant while eating this great Spanish dish. We made a joke to Jeff that he can get married because he really cooks well.
We just had ice cream for desert but we were still talking about the dish that we had for lunch. The dish had fried rice, chicken, assorted sea foods and a lot of spices that I don’t know off. I’m really interested in learning how to cook this dish. Perhaps I will visit him again by next week and ask him to teach me how to cook Paella. If I would be able to perfect the recipe, I will cook this dish for the holidays to surprise my family.
