WCI on YouTube

Even when I was a child, I have always enjoyed watching cooking shows through discovery channel and other TV stations that have cooking shows. Actually, I even buy cooking videos just to satisfy my craving for this kind of entertainment. Well, that was until the invention of YouTube - an open source video website. I often spend my time searching YouTube for cooking videos until I found out about the videos of Western Culinary Institute on YouTube.
The videos of WCI are fascinating and way better than any culinary or cooking videos that I’ve ever seen. The best videos for me are the videos about baking and ice carving. It’s really amazing how they do these kinds of stuff. If I were in Oregon, I would definitely consider going to WCI and do those things in the video myself. I sure hope they upload more videos on YouTube because they got themselves a WCI fanatic here! WCI on YouTube simply rocks!
